About me

I’m a bit of a mix.
My father is from Dakar, Senegal and my mother’s from Cap Verde and Corsica, France. I was born in Paris, France and have been living in NYC since 2007.

 

My personal style is casual and creative. I don’t set rules. I’m obsessed with vintage fashion. I love mixing contemporary clothing with pieces from the past - I like the feeling of wearing unique pieces that have their own history. The glamour and glorified femininity from the 50’s fascinate me.

 

The thought of wearing an exciting new outfit often helps me greet the morning with a smile. It’s weird I know, but true!

Wardrobe audit

Let’s start at the place where you keep most of your clothes: your closet.

 

We’ll go through it together, and review each item of clothing piece by piece. It’s the best way to see what you have, and discuss what works and what doesn’t.

 

We’ll end up with 3 piles:
. The clothes you’ll keep
. The clothes that must go
. The clothes you may keep

 

In the third category, we’ll decide together whether each piece is worth keeping. Given the appropriate compliment or accessory it may turn into a newfound wardrobe essential!

Once your closet is cleaned up, we’ll organize your garments by categories. This will help you in the morning to create your outfits. Say goodbye to days of a closet full of clothes and nothing to wear!

Shopping

Whatever your budget is,

the fashion choices available to you are endless - so no worries here.

 

We can shop for a one time event/occasion, or to compliment your existing wardrobe, or to create a whole new one.
We’ll make a checklist of the items you’ll need before getting started. We’ll discuss your budget and establish your priorities.

 

You will then decide how you prefer to proceed:

. We can shop together, or
. I can pre-shop for you - pull items and put them on hold - so that once you arrive, everything is set up for you to try on .

 

And of course you only buy what you like!
